I created this project as a result of going through difficult times where I have had to deal with some considerable physical health issues, which very negatively affected my mental state as well.
After going through therapy, I discovered many mental well-being tracking apps. Unfortunately, they all focus only on the mental part, and I want to see how my mental state correlates with my physical state, as well as my overall daily experiences.
I decided to create a tracker that will suit my needs and give me a better overview of my progress or regress, and also show what factors (via keywords) are affecting me in a positive or a negative way. And here is the result.
I built this tool to be as simple to use and navigate as possible. I don't track my visitors. Period. There are no tracked IPs, no names and no geolocation. I don't want to know anything that could personally identify you. However, I ask that you truthfully complete the registration form because all of the parameters are factors determining one's perception of their well-being and could be very useful in analyzing the data. Everything except the username (of your choice) and password is voluntary, but really important, so I want to ask you again to consider answering completely and truthfully.
